Pearl Marina Estates Limited ( a subsidiary of Centum Investment Company Limited ( is in the process of developing an integrated water front development that will become Uganda’s tourism, business and residential location of choice on prime 361 acres located in Garuga Peninsula, Entebbe, Uganda.

The development will provide premium tourism and residential facilities including hotels, conference facilities, luxury apartments, villas, marinas, a hospital, international school, modern office park, retail centre, a wide range of sports and recreational facilities. These facilities will be supported by high quality sustainable infrastructure.

The development will be constructed in phases and phase 1 is scheduled to break ground in 2014.

Eligible, qualified and registered construction companies are invited to apply for the participation in the pre-qualification process and submit the pre-qualification form/documents

Interested contractors may obtain a complete set of documents containing detailed information on the pre-qualification criteria from the official company website

Completed pre-qualification documents clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number should be uploaded on the website portal, so as to be received on and /or before Monday 23rd June 2014 at 4.00 PM.
